At HutSupply.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window on most items, with some category-specific conditions.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • All returns must be in original, unopened, and unused condition unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Eligible Returns

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Smart Gadgets & Electronics (e.g., earbuds, smartwatches) – Must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Wellness & Personal Care Products – Must be unopened and sealed.
  • Non-perishable Groceries & Pantry Essentials – Must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Everyday Household Essentials – Unopened and unused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, and refrigerated/frozen items
  • Opened or partially used groceries and pantry items
  • Opened personal care, supplements, or wellness products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked)

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Return Process

  1. Log into your HutSupply account and go to Order History.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request.
  3. Once approved, print the return shipping label (if provided).
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/damaged.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please place a new order after your return is processed.
